Oncogene NGS panels for diagnostic
The ONCOTARGET Kit is an NGS panel designed to identify, rapidly and reliably, genetic mutations associated with several cancer pathologies from patient samples of various types, thus guiding practitioners in their cancer treatment decisions. Thanks to its compact size and low sequencing depth (> 80X), this panel offers low-cost analysis.
ONCOTARGET is a combination of 1229 different probes, enabling the detection of mutations present on all the coding parts of 10 genes used to guide 1st and 2nd line therapy of several metastatic solid cancers.
The ONCOTARGET panel has been developed and tested for its efficiency on all types of human samples:
- DNA extracted from fresh, frozen or fixed paraffin-embedded tumors (FFPE).
- DNA from liquid samples (plasma, pleural fluid, cerebrospinal fluid).
- DNA extracted from human cell lines.
