Empty chromatography columns for small volumes (650 µl)
Proteus mini purification spin columns are designed for small scale protein purifications such as those required for expression trials, solubility determination tests, screening, tittering and scouting studies. The columns fit all standard microfuges and allow you to process multiple samples in parallel.
You can add our chromatography resins to complete the system.

- Pore size: 10-40 μm (mean pore size, 18 μm)
- Maximum sample volume: 0.65 ml
- Hold-up volume < 5 μl
- Maximum g force: 14,000 g
- Typical spin times: 1 min for 0.65 ml sample at 14,000 g
- Storage: Store at RT (non-sterile)
- Shelf-life: 24 months
