SuperKine™ West : is based on the innovation and optimization of the classic peroxidase substrate system. It is used for enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) and can directly replace other expensive ECL products without the need to renew Optimize experimental conditions.

SuperKine™ Enhanced Antibody Dilution Buffer: Enhanced Antibody Dilution Buffer is innovatively optimized based on the classic antibody diluent components to increase the storage time of the diluted antibody and can be used repeatedly.

The primary antibody is CK7 Monoclonal Antibody (ABP0127, 1: 200), the secondary antibody is Dylight 549, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (A23310, 1: 200).
SuperKine™ Maximum Sensitivity Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8): CCK-8 allows very convenient assays by utilizing highly water-soluble tetrazolium salt-WST-8. WST-8 is reduced by dehydrogenases in cells to give an orange colored product (formazan), which is soluble in the tissue culture medium. CCK-8, being nonradioactive, allows sensitive colorimetric assays for the determination of the number of viable cells in cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays.
Fig.3 Comparison between SuperKine™ Maximum Sensitivity Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) (Cat # : BMU106-EN) and three international brands A, B and C in the detection of HEK293 cells with different number of living cells was performed. The results showed that the SuperKine™ Maximum Sensitivity Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) had the best sensitivity.
Protein Quantification Kit (BCA Assay):
- Time saving—much easier and four times faster than the classical Lowry method.
- Sensitive—detect down to 20 µg/mL and the minimum amount of detection protein reaches 0.4 μg.
- Compatible—unaffected by most ionic and nonionic detergents. Can be compatible with up to 5% SDS, 5% Triton X-100, 5% Tween-20, 60, 80 in the sample.
- Good linearity—linear working range from 20 to 2000 µg/mL.
- Excellent uniformity— exhibits less protein-to-protein variation than dye-binding methods
