Neutralization
(A) Protein receptor-binding inhibition assay. SARS-CoV-2 Spike-His protein was treated with antibody, and then added into 293T-ACE2 cells. Data were analyzed by flow cytometer.
(B) Pseudovirus neutralization assay. Pseudovirus expressing luciferase was treated with antibody, and then added into 293T-ACE2 cells. Luciferase activity was detected 2 days post-treatment.
