Selective Visualization of Intracellular Polyamines with PolyamineRED™

PolyamineRED™ has cell-penetrating properties, specifically reacts with polyamines inside the cells and labels polyamines with red fluorescent dye TAMRA. Since TAMRA-bound-polyamine loses membrane permeability, unreacted-PolyamineRED™ can be removed by washing, and polyamines in cells can be selectively visualized.
