Certificate of Origin:
The raw animal products and enzymes, porcine tissue, used in the manufacturing of Peptone is derived from meat materials originating in the USA. During processing of the product, a batch is heated to a minimum of 80°C for at least 1 hour, including a minimum of 5 minutes at a minimum 105°C. The product is dried at a minimum 140°C. Note: Higher temperatures are injurious to the integrity of gelatin peptone.
