And the one-tube procedure minimizes the cross-contamination between samples. The procedure takes less than 15 minute, it is really fast, the kit is suile for high throughput PCR screening of large scale samples. Also works for other application such as Genotyping, Transgene screening, Knockout analysis and Sequencing.
