Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GMCSF, GM-CSF, Colony-stimulating Factor, CSF, Colony Stimulating Factor 2 (Granulocyte-macrophage), CSF2) (APC)

GM-CSF is one of several cytokines that regulate the survival, growth and differentiation of haemopoietic cells. GM-CSF is secreted from a range of cells including macrophages, T-cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts in response to antigen, LPS or mitogen stimulation.
Reported to neutralise the activity of both recombinant ovine and native GM-CSF.

Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
