4°C Do Not FreezeCD47 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is a heavily N-glycosylated 47-52kD molecule. CD47 is expressed on all cells and tissues so far examined, although expression is reduced on erythrocytes of the rare Rh null phenotype.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Western Blot: Recognizes CD47 under non-reducing conditions, the CD47 epitope recognized is lost on reduction
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Recommended Negative Controls:
I1904-84Q3: IgG2b Negative Control
Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
