CD47 (APC)

CD47 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is a heavily N-glycosylated 47-52kD molecule. CD47 is expressed on all cells and tissues so far examined, although expression is reduced on erythrocytes of the rare Rh null phenotype.

Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested.

Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections
Western Blot: Recognizes CD47 under non-reducing conditions, the CD47 epitope recognized is lost on reduction
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
