ProteoSEC resins are preparative grade resins with high cross-linking performance. It is a filtration gel based on agarose designed for the preparative purification of biological molecules. Gel filtration is an efficient technique widely used for the separation of molecules depending on their size.

The 6-600 kDa HR resin is a resin with a separation range of 6 to 600 kDa which is comparable to other commercially available resins such as Superdex resin 75 pg (6-600 HR). This resin is therefore intended for preparative purification of low to middle molecular weight biological molecules.

We offer 4 different column sizes: 13/30, 16/60, 26/60 and 50/60. The first number corresponds to the internal diameter of the column in mm and the second number corresponds to the length of the column in cm. Thus column 13/30 has an internal diameter of 13 mm and a length of 30 cm.
