Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-Swine H1N1 Neuraminidase (OAPB00918-FITC) antibody |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Virus |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer. |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Conjugation | FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate |
Application | ELISA |
Additional Information | Source: Rabbit polyclonal antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide containing the sequence specific to the novel S-OIV A H1N1 strain neuraminidase protein (Genbank accession no. ACQ76308). |
:: | Buffer: Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. |
Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |
Immunogen | The immunogen for anti-Swine H1N1 Neuraminidase antibody: antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide from the novel swine influenza Neuraminidase protein. |
Purification | Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column |
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen Sequence | Virus |
Concentration | 1 mg/ml |
Blocking Peptide | For anti-Swine H1N1 Neuraminidase (OAPB00918-FITC) antibody is Catalog # OEPB02983 |
Specificity | This antibody is specific for the novel swine influenza neuraminidase and will not recognize the corresponding neuraminidase sequence from the seasonal H1N1 influenza (A/Georgia/20/2006 (H1N1)). |
Application Info | Neuraminidase antibody can be used for the detection of the Neuraminidase protein from the H1N1 strain of swine influenza A in ELISA. It will detect 2 ng of free peptide at 1 ug/ml and will not cross-react with peptide corresponding to the seasonal influenza (H1N1) Neuraminidase. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) |
