---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Virus |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer. |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Conjugation | Biotin |
Application | ELISA |
:: | Buffer: Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. |
Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |
Immunogen | The immunogen for anti-SARS Envelope antibody: antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the carboxy-terminus of the SARS envelope protein. |
Purification | Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column |
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen Sequence | Virus |
Concentration | 1 mg/ml |
Blocking Peptide | For anti-SARS Envelope antibody is Catalog # OEPB02411 |
Application Info | SARS envelope antibody can be used for the detection of SARS envelope protein in ELISA. It will detect 10 ng of free peptide at 1 ug/ml. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user) |
