Recommended Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western blot: 1/1,000-1/5,000), ELISA (1/25,000), Immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/3,000) and immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates and requiring lot-to-lot consistency. |
Reactivities | Mouse |
Host | Rabbit |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Immunogen | Mouse IgG1 heavy chain. |
Specificity | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes. |
Formulation | 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative. Label: Biotin State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC) Molar radio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Rabbit IgG molecule. |
Reconstitution Method | Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water or equivalent. |
Concentration | lot specific |
