Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, papain digestion and chromatographic separation.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein and anti-Goat Serum.
No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
Formulation 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.

Storage Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration.
Restore with deionized water (or equivalent); centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
For extended storage reconstitute product with 50% glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
