C57BL/6-GFP Mouse Primary Small Intestinal Epithelial Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from C57BL/6-GFP-Tg(CAG-EGFP)1Osb/J mouse small intestinal tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6-GFP Mouse Primary Small Intestinal Epithelial Cells are grown in a T25 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. C57BL/6-GFP Mouse Primary Small Intestinal Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.
