Higly selective and potent fluorescent histamine H₃ receptor ligands with preference in comparison to the binding properties at H₁and H₄receptors. The fluorescent characteristic avoids appearance of interference with autofluorescence and label the localization of targeted H₃ receptor with intense light signals.
